Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind the quality of every Mazel Jongg™ set. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at pntbyray@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right — whether through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Order cancellations: If you request to cancel an order before it ships and we’re able to cancel it, a 3.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee is calculated on the cancelled item’s price, excluding shipping and taxes. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method. This fee does not apply if we cancel your order, or if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once an order has shipped, our return and final-sale policy applies instead.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or storage after delivery.

For presale orders, all sales are final at the time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and may be subject to change. You will be notified of any significant delays.
