What is a presale?

Presale orders are purchased before the product ships. Your card is charged at checkout, and your set will ship once production is complete. You'll receive a shipping notification as soon as it's on its way.

When will my order ship?

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, limited-edition nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Do you ship internationally?
